May 17, 2016 at 15:33 comment added Craig Constantine Mod My suggestion is this ONLY be done when interacting with the newest people (eg your sub-100 rep is perfect). This would make NE feel friendly, without making this a general thing -- I generally think adding "Hi" or "Hello" is a waste. But doing it for those sub-100-rep first touches... that's a nice touch.
